• Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license
   
• Must provide a matching full-size pickup or SUV with proper towing capacity
   
• Tow vehicle must have:
   
• 4-pin electrical connector
   
• 2” or compatible hitch receiver
   

All renters must maintain active auto liability insurance that:

• Complies with California minimums
   
• Specifically covers towing of non-owned trailers

• Valid credit or debit card required
   
• Refundable security deposit due at time of pickup (amount based on trailer type)
   
• Full payment required before trailer is released

The renter is fully responsible for any and all damage to the trailer during the rental period, regardless of fault. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by accidents, misuse, overloading, improper towing, environmental factors, or negligence.

The credit card provided at the time of rental will be used to cover the cost of any repairs, replacement, or cleaning required upon return of the trailer if such charges are not paid directly by the renter.

By signing the rental agreement, the renter authorizes the trailer owner to charge the card on file for:

• Any damage not covered by insurance
   
• Excessive cleaning fees
   
• Late returns
   
• Replacement of lost or stolen equipment or accessories
   

It is the renter’s responsibility to inspect and document trailer condition before departure and upon return.
